Letter From Our Founder

Teams weren’t struggling because they lacked data. They were struggling because they couldn’t easily bring it together.

When people ask why I started Agent Army, the answer is pretty simple.

After spending more than 15 years working with Walmart suppliers, I saw the same challenges repeated over and over. Valuable information was scattered across reports, retailer systems, spreadsheets, emails, and institutional knowledge that lived only in people's heads. Teams weren't struggling because they lacked data. They were struggling because they couldn't easily bring it together.

When AI became widely available, I expected that to change.

Instead, many companies discovered that implementing AI inside an enterprise environment is far more complicated than using it personally. Security, governance, disconnected systems, and industry-specific knowledge all became barriers to adoption.

I believed there was a better way.

Agent Army was built for retail-supplier workflows: connecting the information businesses already have, supporting repeatable work and helping people find source-backed answers through governed execution and human review.

I also wanted to rethink how these services are delivered.

Too often, advanced analytics and AI feel out of reach for smaller suppliers, either because they're overly complex or prohibitively expensive. Our goal is to offer practical, high-quality reporting, AI agents, and expert support through straightforward, flat-fee pricing that makes adoption easier and more predictable.

If you've spent any time exploring our website, you've probably noticed we don't take ourselves too seriously. Our agents have personalities. Agent Frenchie occasionally "helps." There are more than a few jokes about spreadsheets and meetings.

That’s intentional.

Business can be challenging enough. The tools we use every day should make work easier, and maybe even a little more enjoyable.

Thank you for taking the time to learn about Agent Army. I hope we have the opportunity to work together.
